“I LOVE Hamburgers! Just like "Wimpy',from Popeye, "I would gladly pay you on Tuesday for a hamburger today." - And, this is the reason why my burgers ONLY come from 5 Guys! First, they always greet you as walk through the door. You never have to wait because there are plenty of employees ready to serve. The menu is simple. Cheese OR no cheese. And, then, it gets difficult depending on which of the dozen or so toppings you'd like on your burger. I particularly like to add green peppers, grilled onions & jalapenos to my burger, plus 'several' other savory toppings because I come from New Mexico where 'heat ' rules. The fries come in 2 sizes: large & ridiculously large. 2 people can share 1 large order w plenty to share. The sodas come in 2 sizes ,as well, but just order the regular size ,as they have an all-you-can-drink option with their Coca-Cola 'Freestyle' fountain offering a "whatever you can dream up" option of flavors to wash down those perfectly salted French Fries that are hauled in directly from wherever they happen to be the best,at that time; you'll know because the restaurant writes in chalk on a blackboard over the hundreds of pounds potatoes. - Oh and, something worth mentioning, are the delicious whole shell peanuts that you can snack on while your burger sizzles on the grill!”

“The food here is amazing. I've had the crispy duck, curry, hotpots, sesame chicken and even the crab rangoon appetizers. They also offer something called monkey brain, which is not really monkey brains and is a must-try item if you have never had it! Everything I I have had was delicious. If you are going for a hot pot, tell them when you arrive so they can seat you at the proper table. My only complaint at all is that delivery service took a long time BUT the food was amazing, as usual, when it arrived!”

If you ever have any issue simply mention it to an employee and they will bend over backwards to help fix it. “Consistently one of my favorite dining experiences. There's almost always a wait, but man, is it worth it! Steaks are obviously on point, but the appetizers we've ordered (blooming onion, cheese & bacon dip, and the new cheeseburger dip) have all been outstanding, and the sides are also all delicious. Additionally, the Chocolate Stampede cake is *literally* one of my favorite things in this world. Cherry on top is that the service is great and friendly. Highly recommend if you're looking for an amazing time eating juicy steaks.”

“Wow! What a Reuben! The best in town for sure. I love a good Reuben and try them everywhere I go. This one was phenomenal and the brocolli salad I got with it was excellent. Autumn was so friendly and informative. They serve breakfast and lunch during all open hours. Fish is fresh caught from the St. John's. The owner is a butcher and slices all meat fresh, nothing frozen or deli and bread is made in-house or fresh made and delivered. They don't waste anything. They use the bones for soups--which you can also get as your side or by themselves-- and the ends of the bread are used for homemade bread pudding. We will definitely be visiting this gem again!”

“The ambience here is awesome. The specialty dishes were delightful...minus the rice. The flavor wasn't bad. But it was cold and a bit hard. I enjoyed everything else about it. Seeing people pull up on jetski and boats was actually very cool. Perfect spot to relax if you taking your boat out but need a break for lunch or dinner. Prices are very manageable as well. Would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the rice.”

“A huge place to bring either large groups or just a date. My experience was at the last hour of their business day on a Saturday night, off season. It was easy to get in and seated. Service was quick and the majority of the giant place was empty as the servers were cleaning and preparing for the next busy day. I had ahi tuna, an appetizer, which was decent. I don't think I would have it again but it was spicy and just what I needed. The tuna was not sliced thinly enough although it was the perfect proportion for a complete meal not an appetizer. Drinks on the menu looked interesting and creative. My dining partner delighted in peel and eat shrimp which I sampled and must add were giant and fresh. The atmosphere is certainly tourist friendly and has many photo opportunities. Definitely a fun place to eat for family and friends.”

“Last time I was at Checkers it was great service & food! So today I went back and ordered the same steak & cheese sandwich. When I got home the receipt said a fish sandwich & that's what was in the bag! I took it back & they apologized & fixed me a steak one. But in such a rush it was barely even toasted. Just not as good as the one on the 18th. French fries were great tho! Love that seasoning!”
