    I regularly get Chinese food here, it's walking distance from where I work. My favorite here is the Roast Pork Chow Mei Fun. The Roast Pork's flavour seeps into the thin rice noodles. It reminds me of the Filipino Pancit Bihon.

    It was the first time we ordered from Hop Bo. Service was decent.

    We ordered several dishes and most of them were good. However, our favorite dish, General Tso’s Chicken, was very disappointing! Probably almost 95% of it is batter, and very greasy!!

    Food is good, authentic,and comes out quickly. The menu gives you a wide variety of choices you you can always find something you will want.

    Small, unassuming spot in a transitioning commercial development. Wonderful variety of delicious, authentic dishes made to order.
