The atmosphere at My Island Pancake House is family friendly and the staff are too. They are veteran owned and the restaurant displays American and Military pride from one side to the other. There is a store where merchandise unique to the area along with tshirts in support of our military and food items can be purchased. Oh yeah last but certainly not least the food is awesome. It'll turn a skinny man into a fatboy.

    I dined (alone) there yesterday...
The food and service are really good! Country bowl breakfast was as good as the MI location (maybe even a tad better!).

My server, Megan, was very friendly. She mentioned a Toys for Tots drive/donation they're currently doing - so, I contributed! Also, tell Angie that I'll be in with some books, soon!

Thanks (for making a solo diner feel comfortable), MY Island Pancake House!

First time eating here. Extremely busy. Service was ok. The food was excellent. The portions were huge. There were three of us and we all ordered breakfast meals. I also wanted to try their basic pancakes and asked for a side of ONE. The waitress said they couldn't serve just ONE pancake ‍. I should have ordered a pancake off the kid menu that serves only ONE pancake and a side for $4.00 instead of being charged $9.00 for two. Nonetheless, the pancakes were fluffy, filling and very satisfying. I was never offered a refill on my coffee or any of our drinks for that matter. The waitress never came back to check on us until we were finished with our meals. She left the check and said, "Whenever you're ready." I assumed we had to pay with the cashier. When I went up to pay, I picked up a bottle of maple syrup and came back to the table with it in a bag. The waitress was there clearing the table and said, "Oh, if you bought the syrup from me you could have gotten 20% off with your meal." It would have been nice to know that when she dropped off the check. That was pretty disappointing since the syrup was $15 for a small bottle. Maybe she was a new hire or just too busy to give the extra information along with the check. We will definitely be back. The food was worth it. Just so you know, if you want something from their gift shop, buy it with your server so you get the little extra $$ off. That extra $$ could have gone to the server.

First time eating there. Cheese Steak Sandwich was very good. Bun was toasted, good amount of meat, although I prefer more seasoning. The side of onion rings was fresh, crispy, and plentiful. Service was quick, polite and the order was received within a reasonable time. Will return and recommend to others.

This place is so much more than a pancake house, but for our first visit we had to have pancakes. Oh..my... the pancakes were a good 1/2 to 3/4 into thick. Even better, they tasted better than I make at home from scratch. Fluffy, not gummy, and a bit of a bite for amazing mouth feel. Since they just opened not long ago at this location we expected them to be slammed, but it was noon and they were quick and got people in and out quickly. Very hard working staff. Glad to see them wearing masks too. They've turned the building from an eyesore to a bright cheery place we want to revisit often.

Great restaurant! They did a lot to renovate a worn out building and it is beautiful! The service is great and breakfast was great portion and very tasty. They are working hard to train their staff and get things running as good as their Merritt Island Pancake House. For a new restaurant, I feel they did great. If I had any complaints, I am sure they would have resolved it but I have no complaints. Very good for a business that just started and are training their staff.
