“What a pleasant experience my family and I had here! Actually one of the best experiences we have had dining out in a very long time. What a pleasure everyone was. They tailored our meals to our likings and even created my son’s meal for him. Now for the food....wow! Amazing authentic flavors in every dish. Consistent throughout all our meals. There was not one complaint about anything that came to our table. Their sauces are amazing and made from scratch. I loved it so much I asked to buy some of their red sauce for the rest of my family to try and the manager gave us a free container of it which was really kind. This is a mom and pop place and really a diamond restaurant in Coral Springs. I promise if you come here there is no way you can be disappointed. I will be coming here for Italian food from now on. So happy I gave this place a try and I know you won’t be disappointed if you do to! Thank you guys for a great experience and phenomenal food!”

“WE LOVE THEIR FOOD. Even their pizza. Order there a lot. Like one of my favorite Italian restaurants. Their Eggplant Parmesan with pasta is great, their mixed green salad is good. Sometimes I top with a scoop of tuna. Yummy. They have great seasoned fries, garlic cheese bread, baked ziti. You will need to order an hour beforehand if you want delivery because they are always so busy. BUT IT'S WORTH IT.”

“They are very efficient and the workers are always friendly and courteous. Their restaurants are clean, managers and employees always walk around cleaning up, offering to bring you drink refills. The food is always fresh. I normally get an 8-count of the grilled nuggets and the waffle fries. However, the last time I was there, I decided to try the grilled chicken wrap. Although the chicken itself was cold, the sandwich was delicious. As much as I would love to eat fried chicken or fried chicken nuggets, I'm glad they have grilled chicken options to save on calories. And of course, there waffle fries are out of this world! I would say that I would prefer to be able to get my own drink and refill, because after I have spent my entire lunch hour there, I really don't want to have to wait any longer for them to refill my drink. But otherwise I love this place!”

“The food is usually pretty good but what's up with the management here? The lines are always extremely long for the dinner rush and they do not move at either a quick nor efficient speed. It's fast food and the only reason why this is happening is because they are understaffed, or because the managers aren't scheduling enough people for the dinner rush. Waiting in a line for over half an hour is insane for a fast food joint, and this has happened on more than two occasions from my experience. Please schedule more people for your dinner shift or find a better system for these ridiculous wait times!”

“Having just moved to Coral Springs from Michigan, I was looking for a beer a some wings. When I first walked in the door, I saw an Ohio State logo. Not wanting to sit next to THAT, I went outside to the bar. I introduced myself to the Thursday afternoon bar tender, Erika I believe, and mentioned I was new to Coral Springs. After recommending the “award winning” wings, she explained how great the place was to watch Football; both pro and college. After explaining I was from Michigan, in an Ohio State restaurant, she smiled and immediately introduced me to 3 other people sitting at the bar from Michigan. She knew everyone very well at the bar and went way out of her way to make me feel comfortable by introducing me to almost everyone. Very nice. The wings she recommended we spot on, but the real surprise was the incredible blue cheese. I am looking forward to coming back to see what it’s like for games.”

“Went there last month to celebrate our 16th year anniversary, carpets are ripped right at the entrance, dirty floors, old carpet in the cooking area, service extremely slow, the food is good, drinks are 3 times the price than anywhere else, expect to spend 150.00 per couple with the double tip that they add at the end, the cook that makes the cooking show 20% plus your server 20% it builds up a lot. Be ready, kids love the cooking tricks.”

“I feel like I might have missed something with my first experience at Big Bear. It was fine, but not worth the hype I had heard. Service was fine, attentive and helpful and good with refills. Food portions are huge, I should have gotten the smaller portion of my entree. I had the chicken puff pastry. Basically an open chicken pot pie with a puff pastry piece on top. The filling was good - hearty and lots of chicken but the pie crust wasn’t good. Tasted like freezer burn. You have to ask for bread service which is annoying - but luckily my dining companions knew to ask. Dogs are allowed on the patio and they were nice to provide a small water bowl.”

The kids have great choices, and we like the 2 for $25 menu. My favorite lately has been the Margarita Grilled Chicken! Gave 4 stars because the floor is always slippery, and the bathrooms cleanliness is hit or miss.”
