Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant

Just had drinks and appetizers here with a group of my fiancee’s co-workers. We had an amazing experience — Jessie S was a FANTASTIC server who made great recommendations, was extremely patient and attentive, took pictures, and even sliced our birthday cake. Most importantly, she convinced us to try the Crispy Brussels Sprouts….which are out of this world! Can’t wait to go back and enjoy more wine, food, laughs, and exceptional service.

What a beautiful experience. I came here to the Dania Pointe Location just to celebrate my Wife's birthday with the kids and I am pleased to know I made a great last minute decision. Our server was very knowledgeable and letting us know about the different selections of wine and the most popular dish. Thank you guys so much for an amazing experience. I will be returning again

The view from where we was sitting was beautiful.. 🌴 once you walk inside very nice people.. Food was great was over the top delicious🎯. Sweet red wine too. Over all our waitress looks like Neddy in the movie FAST & FURIOUS... 🔥🔥🔥.. she was the best.. And we will be back soon. Thank you for everything

We've been coming to this location since it opened. We come here about twice per month.

Up until recently the service was stellar but in recent months the quality of service has really gone downhill. You would think with reduced customer traffic the staff would be thrilled to even have customers during COVID. It takes 20-30 minutes to get cocktails or a drink refill every time we order.

The menu and food quality is generally pretty good, most selections outshine the few dud choices that appear from time to time.

The wine...if you're a wine aficionado, I think their single varietal labels are a better choice. Steer away from the wine blends that they tend to push a new release of every month. It's usually a bunch of different grape varietals swirled into a blend....I haven't tasted one blend yet worthy of a thumbs up to be honest.

All in all, it's a nice dinner out. Just wish the caliber of servers and service would come back....at least to this location.

This past evening, my wife and I, who are CH wine club members and avid diners there, took our friends to CH in Dania Beach for dinner. Our friends had just moved to the area and we raved about how great this CH was. And Cooper’s Hawk did not disappoint! Massi was a tremendous server who was knowledgeable about both the food and wine menu and answered our every question. When there was a slight snafu (main entrees arrived before our appetizers) the FOH manager Patrick was quick to come to our table, apologize, explain in detail the situation, and offered to make it right. He was so kind, honest, and helpful to our friends too, that they even bought a 2-bottle monthly membership from Patrick because he did such a good job representing all the benefits of being a Cooper's Hawk member. It was really a great first dining experience for our friends and they, and we, will certainly return to this Dania Beach Cooper’s Hawk for the great service extended to us by Massi and Patrick. Not to mention the food and wine is amazing too! The risotto is amazing and having a bottle of wine using their wine aerator is an event in itself! Highly recommend the Dania Beach Cooper’s Hawk to anyone local or visiting.
