Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

We went to Firebirds as a work group. The hospitality and efficiency of the staff is second to none! The waitress had a large group to contend with and did so cheerfully. Many of my coworkers had fantastic meals and cocktails. I had a Coke and the prime rib. Unfortunately though the prime rib was marketed as 'medium' by staff, the meat was extremely well done. I have to have at least a little pink and juice in the meat. I ate two bites. When the waitress picked up my plate, she didn't ask if it was to my liking.. literally I had two bites of it, and no follow-up.

Yet, I would go again because service and atmosphere where great. I just wouldn't get the prime rib

For starters, the food and environment are absolutely on point. Worth every penny.

Service is great.

The drinks are okay...not on par with the food, but okay.

If you happen to go at sundown, make sure you don't get seated facing west...you will not be able to see for the hour while the sun sets.

Server was very attentive and friendly. Food came quickly. Tried queso dip appetizer and it was so tasty. By the time main course came around, we were already pretty satisfied. Food was all around tasty and portions are pretty big. U will have food for leftovers😊.

Went to the area for something else but it has yet to open. So we walked and the smell of the wood was so enticing we landed here. Everything was great the food and service. I’m picky about my leftover meat especially chicken but my chicken was perfect if not better the next day. Definitely going back. I mean tender and perfect I just can’t give it enough stars

Service was great! Atmosphere of this new place was very good. As was the overall decor of the place. Very cool set up. Big plates but just above average food. Not bad. But just above average flavor. Mixed drinks were also very good.
