Ceviches by Divino ® Davie

Upbeat environment with cool decor offering a wide array of cretive bites. Everything we tried looked very good and tasted delicious; but the special highlight has to go to the shrimp bao/taco and the octopus croquettes. Definitely going back there to try other dishes.

Food was absolutely delicious. I tried several plates, I'll leave some photos of what was eaten. My favorite for sure was the Bao Tacos filled with crispy chicken, As well as the Octopus. The dishes were varied and the flavors definitely stood out in each dish. Peru was proudly present, mexico gave it flair, and the Asian influence was the beautiful garnish on top. The reason for the dock in stars was the manner in which the food was brought in and small portions for the price. Some people received their appetizer, entree, and more, before some received anything. It also took forever to receive any service, as no one I dined with received a refill till way after we finished our food, it was hard to grab the attention of the waiters. To be fair it seemed they were understaffed in that aspect. The atmosphere was clean, modern, and likeable. The staff was also very kind and energetic.

My second time in Ceviches by Divino, first time in Miami and fell in love!! Went back for Davie location and it’s just as amazing plus they have tacos/baos/burritos here !!! Yes the portions are small but I don’t mind because you can try a lot of things. Our server was awesome as well.

Food tasted great, i really enjoyed the flavors.
Knocked a star for terrible service and knocked a second star for ridiculously tiny portions, everything we ordered looked like a kids meal portion it was nothing short of comical. We are three people, werent even that hungry and we ordered 4 appetizers and 3 entrees to be complete. Total was about $125.
First regarding the service the time we waited for entrees after apps exceeded an hour which i have to attribute to someone forgetting to put our order in. No one checked on us in that time, water didnt get refilled, we asked for coke about four times before getting one.
The sushi roll was super unique and refreshing we loved it and its the only item i think was normal size. second was the tostone con chicharon it was delicious but only came with three tiny bites. Queso fundido, ok but nothing special and again, tiny. The arroz con mariscos was not only tiny but the rice was rock hard and under cooked-for the hour we waited this is unacceptable. The burrito was itty bitty comparable to $2 tacobell burrito, flavors were ok but overall very plain. The taco and bao bun as an entree is quite literally a joke ill add a pic of a small handed person grabbing it, was a total of 4 bites combined for the whole plate. Overall even though the food was good id never come back based in the portions and the service alone.

Our sever Paola was very helpful and attentive. She recommended really good tacos that we had at a good price and knew the menu very well. Will definitely come back!
