I went with a friend and sat at the bar where we shared different plates of sushi which we grabbed from the floating boats passing by.

Overall the flavors were good, and the sushi was well prepared ???????????? There was a lot of variety, and for the amount of food the price was right

We've been coming here for 5 years and have never had a bad meal. Never warm, stinky fish. Always cold and fresh. Flavors are always brilliant and exciting. We had their squid salad for the first time and my mind was blown! The best fried rice I've had in Broward. Not bland or boring.

Nice staff. Somewhat speedy service. Nice, clean atmosphere.

and the search for the best sushi​ in Pembroke is done... I am always in the search of incredible sushi and this place surpassed my expectations. The quality​ of the sushi was amazing and the fish seemed incredibly​ fresh. Their special rolls were creative and the menu offered a wide variety of products. The only reason why I don't​ give it 5 stars is​​ that​ of their ambiance. I think their restaurant setup could update the decoration to match a more modern style to go with their food.

My favorite sushi place! Always amazing service, the boat sushi is always fresh and delicious, always willing to take orders if you are seating at the bar, the waitresses are always super sweet and the atmosphere it’s always amazing. Got to try it if you haven’t.

Best house special fried rice I've had in a long time! Also, it's been impossible to find a good beef Tataki but they did it right at Blue Ginger. The portions are large, the food is cooked correctly and very tasty. Atmosphere was intimate without being claustrophobic. Very professional staff that kept our drinks filled and were unobtrusive. Highly recommend!
