Grapes Wine Cafe and Market

This restaurant is quaint, and has a homey feeling to it. The food is excellent and the service is awesome. Lenore makes one feel welcome and appreciated. The wine list is varied and fairly priced. Appetizers are eclectic and delicious. Dinner menu is limited but there’s something for everyone. Will definitely return.

If you’re looking for an incredible dining experience, Grapes Café and Market is definitely your place! I celebrated my birthday there on Sunday during their brunch and wow, was it delicious! Not only was it an incredible experience taste wise but also visually. Lenore Nolan-Ryan is the owner and chef who in my opinion, is one of the best restauranteurs in the business. She is incredibly talented not only in the food business but with people as well. Lenore greeted and welcomed every single person at the table taking the time while the restaurant was bustling because that’s who she is. Our server also took very good care of us, checking on us regularly and making us feel very well attended to. My Artichokes Benedict was beautiful. delicious and so unique! My friends had the Italian Frittata, the French Quiche and Lenore’s Special Salad. Don’t forget to ask for the biscuits which could not be lighter or fluffier and has this incredible extra whipped butter with honey that you will want to dive head first into. The Mango Mimosas as well as the Pear Mimosas were amazing! This new restaurant has success written all over it! You have to check it out as soon as you can to experience everything it has to offer! We can’t wait to go back for dinner!

Ran out of the rain into this warm, inviting, lovely place. Decorated for Mardi Gras with good wine and friendly service, they dropped off an unsolicited bowl of delicious shrimp and grits, which almost made us cancel our dinner reservation. They have happy hour daily from 4-6pm, which is just perfect. What a great find!!!

We loved this little place on Federal Highway. There is outside dining for about 6 but more inside. The wine was delicious. I had a New Zealand white. The small plate of warmed olives and crusty local bread was delightful. We were impressed with the choices of cheese and wines. We will return to this establishment.

I love to find places that take me away for a time, from the rush of the day and the mediocre places that populate Fort Lauderdale - especially in the touristy beach areas. Small and sophisticated, this lovely little place hits all the right notes for a relaxing and delicious break from your day - especially nowadays. The food is excellent - fresh and well prepared, and the staff is congenial. It has two tiny tables outside facing A1A, so you can watch all those fancy cars and tourists drive by and a few tables inside - far enough apart to be safe enough to spend a leisurely hour or so over your meal. We ordered three shareable dishes and loved all of them and a delicious light dessert - plus were treated to a tasty new champagne they were trying to see if they would carry it. I hope they do. With travel so restricted these days, this is a wonderful place to make believe you are somewhere in Europe or along the better eateries in NY.
