    Honestly, An absolutely Gem in Hallandale Beach. I only write reviews for places that I consider extraordinary and this is one... Their Tonkotsu is by far the best I have had in years! I lived in Shanghai 5 years and since my departure in 2012 I hadn't tried better Ramen... Until I came across WoodOne! The service is absolutely superb and friendly. Try it! You won't regret it!

    This is the best ramen east of 95 period. I got the tonkatsu broth which had a super developed flavor. The egg was tasty, the noodles were el dente and not soggy. The noodles were also curly not the straight angel hair type. They have bubble tea as well which was tasty. The dumplings were pork and fried with a good dipping sauce. This is there brick and mortar they used to be in the farmers market. I'll definitely be eating here once a week.

    Hands-on the best ramen around! Friendly staff, delicious boba. Will definitely go back!

    I was satisfied and belly full! I needed to sleep????. The soup was delicious and nice and hot and full of flavor. I'm definitely returning.

    I always stop grabbing some food in here. I love the swift service and well cooked dishes. 5 stars.
