The Mermaid Queen

I seldom review places, but I was here on business and decided to come check out the restaurant. It was next to a motel that I was staying at on the beach. It’s a new restaurant that just opened recently and the inside of the restaurant is still not open but they are serving out on the patio. I ordered the ceviche from the appetizer menu, and I have to admit it was one of the better ones I have ever had. They made it with tilapia and shrimp, and the marinade was just the right amount of lemon, but not to tart. I also had the pork taco, and it was very moist and delicious. I highly recommend the restaurant. The views and the food make it a winner.

We stopped for lunch here Sunday afternoon while heading through town to the keys. The food and service was very good!

We liked the location because it was a little south of the busiest part of the beach, but still had a fantastic ocean view from the patio.

We had the nachos and fish tacos, and both were fantastic!

Parking was tight as you have to park on the street in the neighborhood behind the restaurant, but we got lucky and found a spot pretty quickly. But your luck may vary depending on day and time.

We'd definitely recommend this place if you're planning to be in the area, and we would definitely go again the next time that we are in the area.

Love! The food was amazing. Our server was on top of it, and the atmosphere was peaceful. Great place to chill and enjoy the beach scene. I had chicken tacos, and my friend had a salad bowl. So, so, so good!

I had the pleasure of eating at this eatery in the last week. Our family loved everything on the menu. Personally, I was a huge fan of the nachos and the shrimp casadilla. The chips had a fantastic seasoning which made a simple appetizer a tantalizing-taste sensation. The service and atmosphere was spot-on. I would highly recommend checking out this amazing eatery as you visit the Hollywood Beach area.

If you are looking for a great restaurant this place is fantastic, I fully recommend to everyone who like Mexican cuisine. For sure I will come again. Delicious and fresh food, good price and the servers were extremely attentive. 👏🏼
