Chipotle Mexican Grill

Love Chipotle, however we won’t eat at this location anymore. Customer service and quality has slowly declined to the point that we will dive a little further to eat at another Chipotle location.

I could not NOT write this review today. I placed an order for this location on Postmates. For some reason you can't add notes, so I called the location as soon as I placed the order and asked for some items on the side. I spoke with Junena and she explained they understood the tech and she'd be sure to take care of it.

The order arrived and unfortunately not only were the side items missing but my order had been made incorrectly. Instead of leaving a poor review on Postmates I gave a call and Junena answered the phone and apologized profusely that the items hadn't been placed in the bag. She asked if I could come in store. I didn't have my car today--hence using Postmates.

She was soooooo sweet. She told me that she would remake the order properly and DRIVE IT TO ME HERSELF. She said it would take 30 minutes and I understood that. She came way sooner. Was super sweet and apologetic AND brought me a card for free chips and queso.

I'm a business owner and I am also very cognizant of customer--good and bad. This was BEYOND and I wanted to express my gratitude to Junena for going above and beyond. It would've been easy to say, "Let Postmates know...etc." Thank you Junena. Great way to go above and beyond. I truly appreciate you taking the extra step.

It was a pretty long line but they were pretty efficient with their time. I was in and out in under 10 minutes (which is great considering the line was wrapped around to the front door). The store was clean and the staff was friendly, 5 stars for my first visit.

I told my friends about this place with my warmest recommendations. I go to this restaurant often. This recommendation is always successful. The the cooking is great and the stuff is efficient and cooperative. always when we eat in this place we have a pleasant evening. warmly recommended.
