When there is a heavy volume of people for example like yesterday after j'ouvert.
There should be a separate place to pick up your order other than were you placed your order, also they should have a mic to announce your order number as well as your name or a digital board to let you know when your order is ready. Overall it is the go-to place to get your Caribbean Delight

If your all about authenticity and delicious food, this is the place. The doubles are always fresh. They have a large menu for all tastes. The staff might not be the quickest but if your with friends/family what’s the rush? The food makes up for the wait. The staff is professional and courteous. This is a family friendly restaurant that goes late into the night with music and laughter. Make it home.

Love Joy’s food ???? always very good and delicious! We had great table service, server was very patient with us and our little one and the fact that we couldn’t decide what to choose! The only downer we ever have is when we call in- whoever answers the phone is less than polite- puts you on hold for a long time and most recently was downright cheeky when we asked if they were going to be open during a pending hurricane ????????‍♀️ not so pleasant if you’re calling in for an order, but a great experience when you go to dine in.
