“The store manager here is named Jamie and she is awesome. Her team always has my order ready for pick up when i arrive, jamie always makes sure to greet me by name and quickly corrects any issue on the rare occasion that there is one. The front parking/ drive through can get a little tricky when the drive through gets busy so just park on the side if doing a quick run in. This however does not effect the great service at this location”

“It's a small and quiet little coffee shop with a section with Baskin Robbins. There are so many choices! It was my first time trying their donuts. “The Sunday morning crew has it down. They were so busy with cars yet got my orders out fast. I had 3 seperate orders. All the people working there were pleasant also. The girl wiping the tables even asked me how everything was. These people got customer service in the bag with the donuts. The lady checking me out was super quick. And she answered my question about if the creamer that use a sweet or not. The lady in the red shirt who I assume was the manager was obviously very active and involved which is always great to see.”

“Maybe there has been a fundamental change in service by I highly disagree with the other reviews. We stopped here for a quick coffee and some Donuts. Patrice from NY, and I hope I'm spelling her name correctly, was absolutely wonderful. She had a genuine smile and her level of service was great. She looked beyond the order we placed, helped with the selection, prepared some extra cream for us to take with umprompted. I was very pleasantly surprised because chain stores, particularly located along turnpikes and places where there aren't regular daily customers, tend to leave much to be desired from service. Not in this case. The place was clean and stocked. These gals were wonderful. I would undoubtedly recommend this location for weary travelers.”

“The staff at this Dunkin Donuts is amazing. You either get someone who is amazing or someone who is good. I would say this is what positively stands out of this store. This location is very clean. The food of course is typical to what you would expect from Dunkin Donuts. Parking and the actual location are the only really possible negatives that this place has. Space is limited and very tight. If you are there during busy hours then you will be highly frustrated or possibly trapped waiting in your car for the opportunity to back out. The only way to avoid this would be parking further away from the store and walking.”
