Overall great service. Only complaint (my reason for the 4 stars) is that the online order ahead option was not available when I needed it today. It should be on as soon as the place opens. Otherwise, very impressed with the service and attention to friendliness and hospitality which is rare nowadays.

I'm absolutely in love with this new location of burger fi in Pembroke Pines. I left the mall looking for a new spot to dine and its right down the street from Pembroke Lakes. I ordered a Kobe Beef Dog and the urban style fries and enjoyed every bite. I also found the craft beer selection was impressive and pricing was fair. To top it off the service was phenomenal, Kevin greeted me when I came into the establishment and recommended some great options off the menu, it was my first time. Such amazing, kind staff. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. Kevin enhanced my customer service experience and I will be back!

One of the best burgers in the pines area at this moment. The General manager Gus was an amazing leader to his staff and walked me and my family thru their menu. Great place to have burgers and not to mention the fries. Must try the garlic fries. Highly recommend them for burgers lover .

Good quality burgers, loved the fries and onion rings combination, they sell custard, shakes and also beer. The service was quick and accurate. The staff was very friendly.

Great brand new location in nice area in Pembroke Pines. Parking is a little small due to the other areas but the food is a 5 out of 5. I really enjoyed the fries with the urban style and the cheeseburger. I enjoyed the chocolate milkshake and liked that they had a variety of flavors.

Delivery of food was fast and the team members were super friendly when dropping off and made sure to let us know their name if we needed anything. They did a good job as well on following up with us to clear our trays, get our refills, or clean the table so we weren't talking to our family members on a dirty table after we finished eating. I enjoyed having the option of sitting inside or outside.

One thing I liked is when the line got long a team member passed out small samples of items. That helped move the line quicker and gave us something to munch on whole we waited. Congrats to Burger Fi on opening this beautiful new location.
