Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant

Service was ok. Food was quite disappointing.. For what they charge I would have expected better. Portions were small and food lacked flavor. We all ordered fish & it did not taste fresh. We weren't impressed.

For a chain style restaurant, Cooper's hawk really outdoes the competition. Stop in for a personalized wine tasting then end the evening with a great dinner. Some started recommendations; drunken Mexican shrimp, pork belly tostadas, and the Brussels sprouts.As for the main a must try is the gnocchi short rib.Cooper's hawk has some of the best in-house wines for a variety of palates. Make sure you make a reservation or arrive early as they do fill up quickly. Enjoy !

My first visit to Cooper's was this afternoon, shortly after 3 pm. It wasn't busy. The host told me I could seat myself anywhere in the bar area so I did. No menu. Luckily my server, Jesse, went above and beyond to guide me through the wine list, the happy hour menu, regular menu and dessert. She was cheerful, efficient and very attentive and this was at the end of her shift! The Brussels sprouts app was delicious. The short rib risotto was just so so. The caramel creme brulee tasted more like pudding than custard. Considering the overpriced menu I guess I anticipated something better. I sampled 3 wines which were all drinkable but mediocre at best. The service made up for the shortcomings but I don't think I'll return.

I am a regular here and have to say its become one of our fave restaurants. The passion fruit sangria is really good and the appetizers are great. So far the entrees have not been anything great but overall its a good place. Luis is an awesome server!!
