Was excited to try this out but it was kind of disappointing. The food was served warm. We didn’t get asked how we wanted our eggs or the type of gravy. The biscuits were also incredibly hard (especially the bottom part). The portions were big tho. The flavor was good overall, but not what I was expecting for the price.

Not as good as other locations I’ve been to. It was pretty busy when we went so a little chaos is to be expected, but this was over the top hectic/chaotic. Food took a lot longer than it should have, there was no clean silverware for us to use, some of our orders were messed up, and our blended coffee drink took about three times as long as our food. Some employees were friendly but others were pretty rude and wouldn’t let us stand to wait for our food even though we couldn’t hear our order being called out from our table.

They need a better system for letting you know when your order is ready. Currently, they shout your name from the kitchen area when your food is ready but you won’t be able to hear them calling your name in most of the restaurant. This leads to everyone having to crowd the pick up window which can be stressful for both the customers and the employees. Wish they had a number you put on your table or maybe calling orders over an intercom at least.

Food was ok but not as good as other locations I’ve been to. And the stress of attempting to listen for missing parts of our order to be ready made it though to enjoy the meal.

This restaurant is part of a quick service chain that is new to the area. I had the opportunity to try it while I was in Kissimmee, Fl. It specializes in breakfast especially biscuits. It was as good as I remembered. The employees are super helpful, they are diligent, and they work fast even when it was busy and it seemed overwhelming. I recommend showing up early because at a certain time it does get a bit hectic especially in such a small space. However, you do have the option to order online and pick up or to order in and dine alfresco or inside of the restaurant. I really enjoyed the ice coffee and the chicken and waffles were excellent. The food is really favorful especially the chicken and bacon. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

Good atmosphere. I like the southern twist on the restroom which are called washrooms. There are no servers so orders are placed at the counter. Our food took longer than expected to prepare. Once the food is ready, they call your name to pick up your food from the counter. The food is worth the wait but I could imagine this would lead to long waits during a breakfast rush. I enjoy how the coffee area is setup. I would definitely return.

Great food. I usually get the chicken and waffles, (kinda my thing) but I tried a different item and it was delicious. Kinda wish there was a number system so they could bring your food to you instead of crowding at the pickup counter. It would remove the (is this my tasty biscuit or someone else's). Still our favorite biscuit breakfast spot.
