La Carreta

First time to an actual sit down restaurant in almost 4 months. Food was very good portions a little small, service was excellent. All sanitazition protocall and mandates are being strickly followed. Pricing is very reasonable, will be back.

I've been going to this place since I was a baby, have always loved their food. Absolutely outstanding food.

The food is tasty. The plaintain caserole could have been better .. the sweet plsintain should have been steamed or baked longer it was hard for a casserole. The rice and skirt steak were perfect on the other hand. I’m Dominican so I’m big on plantains. Overall 4 stars.

Split the yucca fries, shrimp tostones, and La Carreta especial. All were delicious, and were just about right to split for two people.

I give it a five because I'm used to California prices for food, and we had a huge meal for what seemed like less than one dinner back in CA. It might be a little sticker shock, but I left very happy, so five stars seems appropriate right now. Even if I tried to recalibrate for Florida, I don't if go below 4 stars. The food and service were solid - I'd go back.
