“It's a seat yourself place, so it took a minute or two for our waitress to notice. That's more of a setup issue and not a waiter or waitress thing. In fact, our waitress, Maya was very attentive and patient with our muliple special requests. This isn't fast food, so there was a wait for our food. The burgers we're excellent and the fries were so good that I didn't need ketchup. That is rare. I imagine this place gets busy as it is connected to an arcade, so be patient and enjoy your company and the environment. Oh, hey! Surprised that they include a built in tip of only 16%. Consider adding a few extra dollars. I try to tip at least 20%....”

“Quality and service is A+. I came here to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday. The staff remembered my request that I came to celebrate her birthday and they automatically offered a free dessert. You can expect to pay at least 50/person just for the food (but the food quality is great. Tip. Come here for dinner without eating lunch so you can really get your money's worth ;-) Our waiter was super attentive and nice. Will definitely come here again! “I love About Time for breakfast! So many great options. Giant pancakes, delicious omelettes and really good platters. Everything I've had was cooked perfect. I had a club here before and that was also really good. Prices are competitive and service is always great. The staff is very sweet, holding the door for elderly patrons, checking back on your table many times. The specials are usually really fun and tasty. My favorite is the Eggs Benedict Potato Pancakes.”

“Finally got to try Sunrise Subs & Grill after hearing such awesome things since the new owners took over!! I had a chicken, bacon, Swiss melt on rye with a side of crinkle cut fries. Tomatoes too, but since everything is made fresh, I cut them because I’m allergic. Can’t wait to try the breakfast. It’s located in an office complex. The tenants have a great place to run grab breakfast or lunch quickly or they have delivery and prepare meals for meetings, etc. Try it! You won’t be disappointed!! I might add, the chicken was so moist and seasoned! Nothing dry about it at all! Cheesy and filling! I couldn’t eat it all!”

“This quaint cafe just opened up a block from my house. Pleasant surprise to find that this is not the owner's first location. I heard that Ally's matzo ball soup had won awards, so I tried a small bowl, and it did not disappoint. The soup had strips of tender chicken meat and a good sized matzo that was in the sweet spot of the density scale, not overly fluffy but not super dense. It's a must try menu item, in my opinion. For my quick brunch today, I chose the egg salad sandwich. It was quite good, a classic take on the dish, which I appreciated and thoroughly enjoyed. The real winner was the side of homemade coleslaw, which was literally the best I've ever had. I have been informed that Ally's weekend specials are noteworthy, so I will certainly be coming back again to try more items!”

“Ordered breakfast through the app at around 10 am and chose to pick up the order inside. I’m glad I made that choice, as I was able to see the nice new layout and design. It makes the cheap fast food feel classier and the wait for to go orders more pleasant. The staff were also exceptionally kind and communicative about where my order was at and since I was picking up 4 hash browns and they only had 2 prepared, they made me 4 fresh ones for my order! The employees exceeded my expectations for service and the food was probably among some of the best I’ve had from a McDonald’s ever. Definitely will be returning to this specific location in the future, even though there are a few other closer to my home, based on this experience!!!”

Shane I think his name was at the drive through window was the first employee at McDonald's that double check and asked if everything was OK with our order and even politely asked if everyone in the vehicle was getting the correct and satisfactory sugar levels in our iced tea.. Everything was nice and hot and the fries where amazing! McDonald's was our true neighbourhood heroes on this last drive through visit over at the location of university drive and commercial boulevard. Keep it ☝”
