Very nice and professional person who should definitely have a position in assisting management if not manager. She actually always asks how we are doing which we all know she does not have to do. “The Sunday morning crew has it down. They were so busy with cars yet got my orders out fast. I had 3 seperate orders. All the people working there were pleasant also. The girl wiping the tables even asked me how everything was. These people got customer service in the bag with the donuts. The lady checking me out was super quick. And she answered my question about if the creamer that use a sweet or not. The lady in the red shirt who I assume was the manager was obviously very active and involved which is always great to see.”

“Maybe there has been a fundamental change in service by I highly disagree with the other reviews. We stopped here for a quick coffee and some Donuts. Patrice from NY, and I hope I'm spelling her name correctly, was absolutely wonderful. She had a genuine smile and her level of service was great. She looked beyond the order we placed, helped with the selection, prepared some extra cream for us to take with umprompted. I was very pleasantly surprised because chain stores, particularly located along turnpikes and places where there aren't regular daily customers, tend to leave much to be desired from service. Not in this case. The place was clean and stocked. These gals were wonderful. I would undoubtedly recommend this location for weary travelers.”

“Ordered breakfast through the app at around 10 am and chose to pick up the order inside. I’m glad I made that choice, as I was able to see the nice new layout and design. It makes the cheap fast food feel classier and the wait for to go orders more pleasant. The staff were also exceptionally kind and communicative about where my order was at and since I was picking up 4 hash browns and they only had 2 prepared, they made me 4 fresh ones for my order! The employees exceeded my expectations for service and the food was probably among some of the best I’ve had from a McDonald’s ever. Definitely will be returning to this specific location in the future, even though there are a few other closer to my home, based on this experience!!!”

“Not just another cafe. Called up Cafe Brie to inquire about gluten free options for my daughter. I asked the gentleman if gluten free crepes were available. He said, "Well, we have gluten free flour so we can try". My family and I drove over to the cafe, the chef indeed made a gluten free crepe and daughter was thrilled. She enthusiastically described it as "AMAZING". Thank you Cafe Brie for giving my daughter an amazing experience. Your hospitality and culinary skill are greatly appreciated.”
