“I've always loved this place. Even when there was a sister store, this one blew it out of the water. They are on point all the way around and Bella Napoli is definitely a treasure in this town. The service was excellent and it was on a Friday which I'm sure they were slammed. It took me a little bit to get through which is expected from a restaurant that's well known for everything on the menu being outstanding. The young lady who took my order was pleasant and helpful and you could hear that the store was very busy. The lady on the phone told me 45 minutes to an hour and I live a little bit away from the store and it got here before the quoted time. Logan was my delivery driver and was prompt and had excellent customer service skills and even had extra menus on him. My food was fantastic and 100 percent correct. I feel bad for their competitors, because the B-NOPS team is KILLING IT. B-NOPS has one of the best white pizzas I've ever had also. Keep up the good work.”

“My family loves Waffle House. The restaurant is very clean and the service at the Port Charlotte, Florida location is wonderful. Chad was our waiter and he was the best. Chad was quick and courteous with our requests. The food is prepared just a few feet from you, which was a nice experience for my two young sons. They couldn't believe how quickly the cooks prepared the different meals. The food is very good, the service is great and I would highly recommend this restaurant. “We went on Aug 23 in the afternoon. The 2 girls working were so nice to me and my son. Our food was perfect, and very hot when we recieved it. “The restaurant is very clean and food is great. It is a fast food restaurant, with a dine in experience. This is something that you don't see often at a primarily take out style restaurant. I had take out, so I can't give an honest opinion on service. It did appear that they were quick and efficient. The spicy garlic chicken combo actually had a little kick to it. Usually when they say it is spicy, it isn't. The meal came out quickly and nice and hot. Quick and friendly service. I would go back.”

“Great food and service. Sushi was fresh, reasonably priced and served promptly. Probably the best sushi I've had. Hibachi chicken was good, but could use a bit more seasoning. Portion was huge and came with veggies, noodles, and rice. Asked for fried rice with no egg, but was served rice with the egg. Luckily it was in a separate bowl. Server promptly replaced with plain rice instead. Since the meal is cooked in the kitchen, there is no "show", but it also means everything is cooked properly and the veggies aren't under cooked and don't get cold before the overcooked meat is served. Service was attentive but not overbearing, drinks were kept refilled. Definitely recommend.”
