Los Magueyes Mexican Restaurant

I would have given it a higher rating because the food was good, but at the end of dinner the waitress asked if we wanted take home boxes which all 3 of us replied "yes" as she grabbed my plate with my untouched burrito I was planning on taking home. I thought she was maybe going to pack it; instead she brought back boxes for my family members and I received nothing back but a check. I didn't say anything because I didn't want to seem like a pain but half my dinner was basically thrown away without my consent.

The server had a nice smile but possibly had a language problem. The drink order was wrong. The manager had to come and clarify. The salsa was tomato broth, no peppers, no onions, no taste. The food was just OK. My Taco Salad was missing the lettuce and tomato. HUH? I did not say anything but the meat/sour cream/cheese was tasty. The other orders were correct but just adequate. The refried beans were too salty . I plan on trying a different Mexican restaurant. Would not return here.

Went to the one in Crystal River and loved it. Sebastian was an amazing waiter. Everyone we came in contact with was great and so was the food! True authentic and huge portions. Decor is beautiful definitely a great place to go

Delicious and the most beautiful ambiance ever in a restaurant! Large menu very reasonably priced, large portions. This restaurant has it all! So worth the visit. Everything about this restaurant is superb!

We've been here dozens of times and ordering takeout tonight and making the suggestion they do curbside takeout like Outback! They're busy enough for it to be successful!

Second time there! Chips and salsa is deliciously chunky and seasoned. Great selection of dishes. Food was hot, fresh, well seasoned and presented beautifully! Service staff very attentive. Margarita's are the best! Decor is very traditional! Clean. Food is as good as the Mexican food from Southern California! The first time we went was right after they opened and have 100% worked out any kinks.
