Farmhouse Chicken & Donuts- Now Open

I could not say enough about Pam and her chicken...She is amazing! Every time we stop in, we order chicken. It's juicy, seasoned perfectly and it tastes like you went home for Sunday Dinner after church....and the donuts....Go for a Lemon Filled....you will not be disappointed!

Food was very good. It was our first time going to this restaurant, the staff were all very helpful in making suggestions or recommendations and ensuring we were getting the best for the prices. The brisket sandwich was perfect, the chicken and waffle was really good and creme brulee donut was amazing. Will definitely come back again.

Fried chicken sandwich on a glazed donut served piping hot with greens!! I had to also try the field peas and potato salad..and so do you!! Need I say more!?! This place is a dream come true!! Hard working staff and it shows. They are happy to answer questions and help you make your selection. They love what they do and that makes all the difference!! The new location is enormous!! So much space!! Lots of parking too! Love the decor too! If you are feeling frisky get busy with the creative concoctions on the menu. If you find solace in the traditional...go get you some good old glazed donuts!! I have been a few times and absolutely will be back!! Good thing I don't live closer; I may be a permanent fixture in there!! Tip- take some to go as they do travel well...if they make it home!!

I tried their Donut burger. It was surprisingly good. Like eating dessert with lunch. A glazed donut bun, ground beef, Grilled onions and Bell Peppers. It comes with wedges or fries, I did the fries. I also tried their Chocolate coffee donut. NOT what I'm used to. It was more on the Coffee Cake density side of things. It could really use more frosting too.

I do not give out 5 stars easily. But every thing we had was delicious. The chicken donut sandwich and the burger donut sandwich were AMAZING! Then you have the heavenly donuts. The maple will have you seriously questioning how many you could eat in one sitting. Well worth the visit down Blanding.

Also since everything is made fresh if they are busy you might have a wait but the food merits it.
