Super tasty sandwiches. Friendly people behind the counter. Good service.
Food is always great but service wasn't that good last time. Messed up my wife's sandwich so I called ahead and drove back to get another one and it was on the wrong bread. Oh well. At least it didn't have mayo this time. If you're getting it togo make sure you check everything first. That's the mistake I made.
I love the subs here. And the service if friendly and fast. I have ordered food from here a lot and have never had them make a mistake on my order. I also just recently downloaded their app and enrolled in their rewards program. The app and rewards program are easy to use and accumulate points quickly. I also loved getting my free medium sub the week of my birthday! =D

The person st the counter did not know his subs. I order beef brisket and pastrami. What i got was corn beef and pastrami. I will chock this as no experience at the register and the first time ever at Firehouse Subs. Sandwich was not bad just not what i thought i was getting.
