Five Guys

I live in the community behind five guys, so I dine there often. Out of the many times I've been there, I've only had two issues. The first of which was resolved quickly with the utmost professionalism. The second time I had an issue with my order was for the same reason. Both times they accidentally put grilled onions on my burger, which isn't a problem either, I just didn't eat it. I was greeted by a very professional general manager who had no problem replacing my order, however one of the older female cooks behind the counter decided to yell across the room accusing me that this was the second time I attempted to get a " free burger". That doesn't even make sense because I paid for the burger both times which I did not eat. I've had an issue with my order it was swiftly taken care of with no issues, except for the lady across the room calling me a liar in front of other guests which were not giving me very good looks, which was also embarrassing. I am giving this review five stars because of the manager Kevin who was very polite and resolved the issue very quickly. Further more, I will not be returning to that establishment if that woman is scheduled to work.

Its Five Guys. Burgers and fries. Same as always. Ok burgers, nothing to brag about. Decent enough. Have never cared for their fries but that is merely my opinion. They do charge a little more for their fries but they give you enough for 2 people. I feel they are overpriced for what you get. The free peanuts are nice but I don't really get them with burgers. Better than McDonalds but not really my thing.

I absolutely LOVE five guys. everything from the burgers to the fries are all superrrrr delicious! I don't even eat red meat that much but ill cheat a little for one of these burgers. I give this location four stars because they don't have milkshakes! :( I was super bummed, but food was amazing.

All are great burgers and friendly staff. Gotta say though these guys are even more friendly than most and that is saying something. Love that you can have a been with your burger. Almost called it a fast food burger... that would be a disservice
