Panera Bread

This location was clean. But staff acted like we were bothering them when we came in. First we thought it was closed. Not a car or customer in the place. Forgot half our order. Needless to say for my husband first time going to Panera it left a bad taste! I've been to many across the state of Florida and this was the first time I was disappointed in 10yrs .

I had an oopsy on ordering I order all the time and it’s delivery and somehow I did pick up and of course after an hour the kids are like mom when will the food get here?!?!? I then looked at my email receipt and relived the error :-/ I reordered delivery so we could get our food ASAP and called customer service. They couldn’t have been nicer and refunded the first order even though I know it was my mistake and the food probably went to waste. I really appreciate it and that’s a great company and excellent customer service!

Always good food when I go. Love the half portions in salads. Nice menu switch up when seasons are changing. The Mediterranean with Quinoa is yummy. And the gourmet Mac is a nice little bit side to have when your craving carbs.????

If you're looking for a quick healthy lunch this place is ideal. Delicious soups sandwiches and my favorite... their salads! They also have a very tempting looking Bakery section too.
