    I am a Coastland mall employee and frequently visit this Starbucks. All I can say is that everyone there is beyond pleasant, every single time I go in. Everyone looks happy, greets you when you enter, and makes you feel welcome. They take such good care of their customers... AND promptly. I HIGHLY recommend this Starbucks to anyone and everyone!!

    Honestly the best Starbucks in Naples. The staff are always friendly and want to talk and get to know the customers. They are extremely fast and always service with a smile

    I became a regular here during the summer months and the staff quickly recognized me as soon as I walked into the door. They would welcome me warmly everytime and have my coffee made me for me by the time I'd get to the register. Some may say it was a small gesture but it always brought a smile to my face. It's the little things that count.
