Taco Bell

Hit or miss like most fast food in Cape Coral. Some times it’s great, other times not so much.

Was in tonight and seriously understaffed. Felt really bad for the only two employees who were there, they were doing the best they could under the circumstances. It seems maybe someone didn’t show up for work but really don’t know if that was the case

More importantly I wanted to speak to a manager, but the two employees were so busy I didn’t get a chance to ask if there was a manager on the premises. With that said, someone needs to know that the soft drink area was filled with ants ???? and really should have been closed off to customers.

The ants almost caused me to leave, but I think this area may be the only area affected.

I hope someone of importance reviews these comments, as this is a health hazard

Kids love going here. We got to order on the new touchscreens.

The best part of taco bell is the drive through. Indoor service needs improvement. A nacho fries box or two tacos shouldnt take long however we waited for 20mins after we ordered. Drive through takes priority however the indoor section should have equal service.

Usually very clean with good food. Service at the cashier can be a bit slow at times, but that is pretty rare. Also the restaurant can be a bit too cool inside.
