This place does an amazing job of creating a food experience. I also feel like all their staff carries a passion for food. I am always eager to find places like this one. Truly a gem! The Chicken Alfredo is phenomenal. I was nervous to get it to-go and now I’m eager to get more to-go!! They are killing it!!

(Looking through other reviews) these people complaining about price is because they are use to the mediocre food Naples has to offer. Also the staff is always friendly. Also if you don’t try a place because of reviews you probably don’t know anything about food haha

Great atmosphere. Great bar to enjoy sitting outside with area under air as well. Food was mostly delicious. A few tweeks still needed. Pricey for dinner! This restaurant needs to determine its niche. Fine dining? Or a great place for happy hour and dinner? Hard to be both as they are trying to be.

I have been four times since they opened their doors and every time I’m blown away by the quality of the food and the service. I love that I know the farmers who grew the food and can see it being lovingly prepared. I also love all the raw vegan options. Echo is doing a lovely job. Every bite is divine and the presentation is beautiful! If you’re looking for a more budget friendly dining experience come to their happy hour to enjoy discounted apps and drinks without compromising the quality of the food. You get what you pay for and when your eating at any other restaurant your supporting company’s like Sysco and Chaney brothers. When you eat at Founders Bistro you are supporting local farmers and families and that’s where I want my money to go. Keep up the great work. The whole team is doing a fantastic job. I’ll be back again and again.

The founders is fabulous. I recently went to dinner with 2 friends. Our drinks were true craft cocktails and just outstanding. Less expensive than downtown which is always refreshing. The food service is truly fine dining. The food itself was incredible. My favorite was definitely the mushroom risotto and the harvest/ garden entree. The chicken was also delicious. See photos below. Truly even if you aren’t a veggie lover you will love that meal!

I was fortunate enough to attend the tour and tasting of this Brand new restaurant and I have only GREAT things to say about it! The attention to detail and the quality of the ingredients is only part of the experience. The dishes are delicious and there is truly something for everyone no matter their diet restrictions. This is going to be my new favorite place to bring out of town visitors because it’s something special and I want to share it with as many people as I can. Don’t just take my word for it though, go and see for yourself!
