“We have enjoyed dining at, Culinary Concepts' Pazzo Ristorante on 5th Ave. for many years. The food was always of high quality and the prices were fair. Lately, however, the converse is true. In March, I ordered my favorite dish, Tuna Puttanesca, as I have for a few years and it came with the lowest quality Tuna, full of grizzle or veins. Nowhere else have I been served such garbage! I complained to the waiter, which is most likely as far as it went. In addition, the price was raised from $27.50 to $31.50. Last night, prior to attending a play we noticed that the price is now $36.00! Needless to say, I ordered a different dish, Chicken Aqua Limone, which turned out to be dry and tasteless. My wife's Grouper was not any better. We will not return to this establishment even though we have a Culinary Concepts Club Card.”

“Absolutely Delicious!!! The manager Rachel made sure we had a fabulous evening. Our waitress Vicky was very attentive and sociable. The atmosphere is so beautiful we even got to see the sunset. “I’ve been to this restaurant several times because others like to go there and I simply can’t find the appeal. They never serve my meat the temperature I ask for, they always over cook it no matter what cut I order. Drinks are consistently good, and service is pretty decent as well. Their fries are to die for. I just wish their cooks knew how to cook meat properly, this is important since they are specifically a steakhouse. I’ll probably keep going but not by choice.”

“Just came here with a group of 7. 50 minute wait after ordering until the food got to our table. Got the burger which came with thousand island dressing, and I asked for no tomato. Burger came with Tomato, but no onion or thousand island dressing. My father never got fries with the sandwich he ordered, my godmothers chips were stale. I didn’t bother asking for adjustments because I didn’t know when the food would be given back to me and neither did they. Waited another 15-20 then had to walk over to ask for the check. Seemed understaffed and/or drunk based on how incompetent the kitchen was. Wanted to like it because we’re from Boston, but it was literally impossible. Got three stars because the food was edible and we had a great view of TV for the football game”

“Great deal on food! I got the salad/soup + entree + desert for $19.99. To be honest I wasn’t expecting much for the price but the food was surprisingly pretty good. The portions are perfect (not too much and not too little). I also liked that our meal wasn’t rushed so we got to enjoy each course and people watch a bit while there. I arrived a little after 7 pm and by 9 pm this place was full; there may have only been 2-3 empty tables from what I saw.”
