“This place is legit! The prosciutto/fresh mozzarella sandwich melts in your mouth. Bread is fresh & has the perfect amount of crunch. Pizza is great also. Sauce and crust are very good. Homemade sausage & pepper sandwich is amazing! They have great salads too. I’m from Chicago and my family is Italian and are excellent cooks. I’m used to the real deal Italian treats. This place is the real deal.”

“Sicilian crust was good. So was dessert. But, the waiter seemed like he was in a big hurry. I was trying to look at an appetizer but he seemed in such a rush I never got to finish looking, so I never ordered one. Same with a drink. It was super hectic in there and they were not even packed. Then the waiter wasn't very attentive later. Overall very meh. I would order takeout on the pizza because that puffy crust was cool. But don't get chicken on the pizza because it was dried out.”

“5+ stars! My gosh, what a gem this place is! First off, the decor is just beautiful, love the vintage shabby chic flare. Secondly, and most important, the food is absolutely divine! I had ‘Doreen’s Famous Crunchy French Toast’ and it did not disappoint. Highly recommend and you’re wanting some serious self-indulgence. I also had a vanilla latte and it was perfection in a cup. My kiddos ate through more chocolate chip pancakes than I could count, my husband opted for create your own omelet and my mom’s silver dollar pancakes were perfection. Seriously, skip the resort food and treat yourself this to place. Staff was wonderful and accommodating as well. Thank you for a wonderful breakfast!”

“The first thing we noticed was the incredible customer service, especially on our return trip when we were recognized and greeted as friends. Then we saw the great selection of bagels which also tasted amazing. The Black Russian, Everything, Cinnamon/Sugar and Regular bagels were all great. The bacon deluxe and breakfast burritos were a family obsession. They were also really good with answering our food allergy questions. Thank you!”

“My wife and two boys really enjoyed our dinner here during our vacation in Marco island. We liked it so much we ordered takeout a few nights later after a long day of boating. The service was friendly and fast. The sushi was fresh and just awesome. The crab Rangoon and it's dipping sauce was very good by my wife's account. Inside has a cozy, relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend!”

“Shrimp.cocktail.only 4 shrimp.which seems cheap when tje shrimp is fresh. French onion soup is clear not as brothy as it should be and no bread in bowl just broth and cheese. Triple tail fish stuffed was great. Shrimp scampi was mild on garlic but food . Still expected more from a family owned restaurant.”

“This place is a must when visiting Marco Island. Sides are first rate, pulled pork is awesome and the portions are large. The baby back ribs are small but that is due to the ribs being imported from Europe, so if your into American sized ribs you might be disappointed. However the quality of the ribs is unmatched. Meat has a sweet flavor which compensates for the size.”

“Came here for a birthday dinner and requested outside seating. We hoped there would be umbrellas for shade but there were not.. after about 15 minutes of everyone trying to not overheat we asked to be moved inside and it was not a problem at all! The food was so delicious, we got a few different appetizers, and a mix of seafood and steaks/sandwiches for entrees. The staff was so friendly and the place has an awesome view of the bay!”

“We have been BIG fans and patronize all of Arturo's establishments. We had also been to Island Cafe many times.....since the Arturo's have taken over...they haven't missed a beat. We were a group of 8 the other night and between the Rack of Lamb, Grouper Island Style and the special Branzino all could not have been happier. They have expanded the menu somewhat while maintaining many of the excellent Island Cafe dishes. We have been there several times since returning to the Island a month ago and each visit has been excellent in all respects. My only suggestion...... please consider bringing the scrumptious scalloped potatoes back as a starch......they were memorable. Keep up the Great Work!”
