What a GREAT experience!! Upon arrival we found it to be a minor challenge to locate exactly where the bar ends and the restaurant begins, but the staff were kind enough to point us in the right direction of their elevators granting us access to the cutest rooftop. This location has multiple levels.

Having never been to or heard about this spot before, we were anxious to try a “Jekyll Island experience” and dove right in to try the Hop Dang Diggity… a delicious and full bodied IPA as described.

We were pretty hungry and added two cups of chicken and andouille sausage gumbo. It was noticed quickly that it was more of a soup-like texture than an oil-based roux. Not your traditional gumbo, but the lightness of it gave us room to try the fish and chips and WOWSERS, they fried the sh*% out of that piece of flounder PERFECTLY! 🙃 It was both delicious and beer battered!!

Other items we tried was their flight of freshly cold pressed juices. They were highly refreshing considering that it was pretty hot outside. Our favorite was surprisingly the beet juice and another that was infused with cucumber. We couldn’t remember the name.

Overall, we’d return to try more menu items because our first impression needs were certainly met with good food, great service, and a beachy ambiance.

One of the best wedge salads I have ever had in my life. Also loved the fried pickles and jalapeños. Cup of gumbo was amazing.

Yummy place at the beach! The wings appetizer is very tasty. We enjoyed a fantastic lunch today! The smash burger has everything you want in a GREAT burger. I love the new school shrimp and grits and the shrimp and grits here are EXCELLENT! The young chicken tenders connoisseur in our party shares with me that the chicken tenders here are “great”.

Nice brewery near the beach. They do their own beer which was very good. Had the pretzel, fried pickles and the Chicken Andouille Gumbo. They also have a good happy hour. Seating inside and outside. Inside is very clean and spacious. Our waiter was super! Definitely worth a visit

The beer here was really good as was the service. The food was ok. We ordered the crawfish hush puppies and while they did have crawfish in them it wasn't wowing and they were definitely on the greasy side. The jerk pork sliders were nice and spicy though the pork on one was generous, the other two were quite light. I liked the toasted buns a lot! My main issue with the food was that I was asked which side I would like so I looked at the list of sides ($5) and chose a side salad. Normally, the hand held comes with fries. Unfortunately when we got the bill we were upcharged $3, meaning it was an $8 cup of spring mix with dressing. :(. The manager said this was the way, so that's that. The other issue I have was totally my fault though. I asked for a flight and they do 4 5oz pours. Each pour is $4.50! Ouch. For 20oz of beer I paid $18 when I could have bought a 16 oz for $8. It did say on the menu 5oz was $4.00, I just missed it. So, hopefully you won't miss it now :) As a local, I might go back for a beer when I'm at the beach but I definitely won't get a flight or a cup of salad instead of fries.
