Carrabba's Italian Grill

We always like going to Carrabba's. The service was excellent and the food is a good value. They get one ding for being out of the only thing I was craving. I hate it when that happens but our server made a few good recommendations and I left happy.

Two senior couples. Food was good, with one exception. Pasta Bolognese came out with a mountain of pasta, but not nearly enough sauce. (Somebody measured the sauce correctly, but not the pasta?) Anyway, they tried to fix it. Service was friendly, but slow, even though it wasn't that busy on a Monday night. Prices OK, but not a bargain. We'd go back, but this won't be a go-to place for us.

Not my first experience here. Usually excellent. This time we had minor issues that prompted a tableside visit from management who went above and beyond to satisfy us. Customer service above reproach. Excellent service and great food. I will be back.

My wife and I visited this Carrabbas again for a belated Valentines dinner and had a great time! Our server Shawn was great and took excellent care of us. We enjoyed happy hour drinks, apps, entrees and left happy and full. Will visit again!

I’m sure everyone knows Carrabba’s and how their food is. When I think of Italian dishes Carrabba’s is one of the first places that comes to mind, even though it’s a chain. I love their bread and oil, their shrimp scampi or mussels appetizers. They have some nice chicken dishes, seafood, and pizzas. First of all, their wines are over priced. I don’t know how and why they do that, maybe because no one pays attention. Better, fancier restaurants have those same wines $5-10 cheaper. Also because of their deals probably their dishes are over priced. I don’t use any coupons or have any special discounts, so for what you get full price, they have pushed it a little. Secondly, service in this particular location is hit and miss. Sometimes they are good, other times you see a few of them just sitting around playing on their phones, and if you ask for something, oh I’ll get your waiter. Sure I’ll wait another 10min for my waiter to come. I mean a set of silverware or napkins, I’m not even talking about ordering stuff. I guess overall, this location has gone down throughout the years. Not what I remember it to be.
