The Happy Grilled Cheese

As a person who loves a well made grilled cheese sandwich, I have never been more happy to have a place to go for well made grilled cheese sandwiches. The food is fresh and flavorful. There's a good amount of variety for the sandwiches. The atmosphere of the restaurant is homey and inviting. The staff is pleasant and charismatic. It's a fantastic place to get a bite to eat.

The food was great. We were welcomed as soon as the door opened. The cashier greeted us as we walked in and let us know about the specials and gave us menus. This place is clean . The service is outstanding and iam glad it is our community. I wish them great success. We will be back to try another sandwich . Keep up the good work

I never thought I’d pay as much as I did for a grilled cheese but boy are they pretty good! It was super crowded when we walked in, but the cashier and servers were great! Super helpful when I asked for recommendations and they were pleasantly patient even though they clearly saw I had a line behind me (I promise I chose fast) but they moved the line down quickly. The only thing I wasn’t too fond of but didn’t totally kill the experience for me was the seasoning they use on their fries. I had the Buffalo chicken style fries and they were delicious!... minus that seasoning.

A new restaurant in town offering a variety of grilled cheese sandwiches; sides extra. I enjoyed the crispiness of the bread, but would have appreciated more cheese and if it had been melted. Grilled cheese should be cheesy and gooey. However, there are some interesting items on the menu that I would go back to try, before I write them off. Hopefully, the cheese will be ample, melted and gooey because $9. for a cheese sandwich is too much if it isn't satisfying visually as well as texture and taste.

Everyone in town probably knows this place from the food truck that started it all or the downtown location. Thankfully there is now this new location in Mandarin on San Jose Blvd. This is a great place to come if you are looking for a fun comfort food menu and if you love cheese :)

On this visit, I ordered the Daddy of the Mac, which is a grilled cheese with pulled pork. It was pretty good. My wife ordered the Apple Swiss melt, which she gave two thumbs up to. For sides, we tried the Mac and Cheese, which was good, and the seasoned fries. The fries were OK, they had a seasoning on them that tastes similar to BBQ Potato chips, however I prefer my fries to be crispier. These were soggy, but not a huge deal.

I will definitely visit again to try a different sandwich. The location is nice but small, so it can get a little cramped during peak hours. Worth a visit if you haven't tried the food truck or had a chance to visit one of their other locations yet.
