Steak 'n Shake

This place is actually well above average all-around, compared to other Steak 'n Shakes I've been to. The restaurant was spotless, and I was greeted and seated immediately. I sat by the kitchen and it was great to hear the teamwork and positive attitudes of the employees behind the scenes. My waitress, Hailey was all smiles, attentive, and was working nonstop the whole time I was there. Whoever is managing this location is doing a fantastic job! I would definitely come to this location again.

Good deal off the $3.99 menu. The chili was good. The fries are so so. S&S is always a bit slow, and this location was no exception. The burgers were good, though, and the waiter, though not the best (maybe he was new), was sweet and helped us out. Overall good experience. I love the cajun sauce.

We had the best experience at this location. Our waiter was great. He gave us a good dining experience by saving us money on our order. First time that ever happened. And the food was good too.

Well made food 95% of the time. Love that its open 24hrs and is right up the street. If I had 1 thing to say that needs work is having walk in take out orders taken a little quicker. I stood at the front register for nearly 5 minutes on a few occasions waiting for someone to take my order, or even notice me standing there waiting for someone to even look at me or speak to me. But other than that,decent little spot to get some grub at any time of day or night.

I've actually been to this location few times. Was not waiting time. The server was very attentive to anything we needed. The only downside was that it took them more than 20 minutes to prepare the meal, even though the restaurant was only 5 tables occupied, however the food was great. Overall was a good experience, my family and I will continue to dine at this location hopefully for many more years. Thanks
