Whataburger

We arrived to dine in for our first visit to this new location. Plenty of parking space, drive thru looked busy. We went inside very clean. No one at the front counter to greet us had a 2 to 4 minutes wait before anyone came to take our orders. Seeing only 3 possibly 4 employees 1 being the person in charge, who had to come out of the back to unlock cash register for the young lady. All new staff/ environment for the employees possibly. Food ordered and brought to our table. No disappointments on food presentation, nice, hot and delicious. Will be back.

Waited a long time like everyone else for this location to open. Have gone twice now. Ample parking and a modern dining room. Both times the person taking our order was pleasant and efficient. Our orders were a bit on the slow side, as normally other locations did not take a long time but here we waited about 20 minutes. We will attribute that to a new crew and likely staffing shortages. Also, the dining room wasn’t that bad but could use more attention. Our orders were made properly and equivalent to other locations. Overall we had two good experiences and will surely return.

Service : Everyone is very kind and respectful. I ordered 3 #13's( one with gravy) ; gravy was runny at first , however, they fixed it with no problems. I do feel like they need more employees because at least 8-9 cars came back to back 😅
Food : Onion rings , fries , bread, gravy, sweet tea were all great !!!
The only problem was that some of the chicken was just crispy and hard . Overall taste was really good
( I had more onion rings. I just ate them fast, lol)
