I decided to try the food at this friendly place. The restaurant is super clean and pleasant looking. Service is real fast and punctual. Food is tasty and nicely seasoned. Prices are decent for what you get. I was pleased by the friendly staff because they serve with a smile. The only thing that I didn't understand is the fact that they serve only dark meat, no chicken breast. But it was a nice meal, good prices, and great service. Will go back.

The spicy chicken recipe changed, they used to shake on the chili powder; now it's incorporated into the batter mix. Honestly, I prefer the original way they did the spicy chicken because the powder they put on it was actually spicy. It's just salty now with no heat.

Since they no longer offer the spicy chicken dippers, the dippers are just dry and bland now. The Palabok and spaghetti are still good. I also enjoyed their burgers.

Service is slow even when you go during non-peak hours. I feel bad for people who are ordering to go because I know they'll be waiting a while for their food. They ran out of spicy chicken the last two times I have been. Wouldn't have happened if you guys still had that chili powder, Jollibee.

Bring back the chili powder. Put it on the chicken. While you're at it, put it on the fries too.

It's OK, I guess i was expecting a bit more traditional dishes. Love the atmosphere and the outdoors area. This place is only about a year and some change old so I thing they have yet to polish a couple of things in their menu. Clean and attentive staff, just a bit of a wait for the food.

Great lunch place wide variety of chicken favorites. Appears to be family owned and operated. Freshly made was not fast which to me meant it was custom prepared per order. We were impressed with that and the cleanliness of the place. Keep up the good work.

Being that this is a popular restaurant for the Filipino community and it's located in a highly populated Filipino area I expected there to be a wait, especially on a Saturday. But the fact that I had to wait 40 MINUTES for TWO 3 PIECE MEALS AND TWO PIES is ridiculous. A couple who ordered after us received their halo-halo before their actual food. How does that make sense? While waiting, I discovered there was a very large order before mine and others, the staff could have at least stated that when placing the order. When my buzzer went off meaning my food was ready, I went up and the lady handing my food stated the mashed potatoes I ordered with it, were not ready yet and she'll buzz us again when it's ready. The mashed potatoes itself were mushy and tasted like they came from a box which they probably were. There is definitely a lack of customer service, organization, and urgency with the staff as plenty of other customers were waiting for extended periods of time as well and there was a lot of running around by the staff to make sure orders were correct, like chickens with their heads cut off. There was no apology for the wait and a definitely lack in customer service. I've received better service from a Jollibee actually in the Philippines. As far as the chicken goes, I'm somewhat annoyed that they only serve dark meat. Flavor wise, it just tasted like it was seasoned with some salt, I'd honestly rather have Publix over Jollibee any day. I'd honestly only come back for the nostalgia of it and the Peach-Mango pie, which I really have to be craving.
