    Love the BBQ chicken sandwich!!
    Service is good!
    The ice machine always over flows...
    Every location smells the same.....not so good

    Have only been here a few times but the staff is ALWAYS friendly. The food is well worth the price and the portions aren't huge but they fit what you're paying for. Atmosphere is bright and open however the walking space is limited so when it's busy it feels crowded. Definitely would recommend this place to anybody looking for a new place place to try!

    The place was slammed and tables weren't cleaned off. Hard to tell when this will happen but it was a Saturday night. Good food as always.

    The loop is an excellent restaurant. Very good quality food and fast service. The food is always fresh and this is one of my favorite restaurants. Never have to wait very long to receive my food. Great location too.
