Kan-Ki Japanese Steakhouse and Sushi Bar

This is probably my favorite Japanese Hibachi restaurant in Jacksonville. The food is always delicious and perfectly prepared. My only complaint is that the portions seem to have gotten smaller over time. I always have leftovers though, so I suppose I'm still getting quite a bit! The chefs are usually really friendly and funny, too.

Great food and customer service, went there because it was my birthday and to my surprise I got my dinner for free! Ordered the Shrimp and Scallop dinner and it was delicious. Great atmosphere and had fun feeding the Koo fish in the pond. Definitely recommend visiting if you are in the mood for good Japanese food. ????

Took my daughter on her birthday, easy read menu and food was cooked at the grill table, our chef was excellent and fun while he cooked. Food was prepared and cooked to order, wife had the filet Mignon and she described it as tender and full of flavor. I had steak and shrimp my favorite. The fried rice and veggies were great. Will return.

This is a really nice place in Mandarin. I’m not crazy about the whole Hibachi grill thing but every once in a while it’s good. The place is really nice, with great atmosphere and great food. For many of us that don’t like to go to Town Center, this is a great alternative. A lot more relaxed, same quality food, if not better, and it’s right here in Mandarin. Their chefs are professional and only joke and play as you allow them. You should definitely try if you like Hibachi grill, or just have regular dinner. They also have great sushi, and I’m never opposed to that. They use a lot less soy when cooking, which is great for those that don’t want all the sodium. All and all this is a great Japanese place.
