Haley Sushi & Grill (Formerly Fuji Sushi)

Under new management and what a huge improvement they’ve made. Locally owned. Very fresh seafood. Talked to the chef and he says he imports a lot straight from Japan. Very friendly staff and they are quick to please, even during the busiest of hours. I noticed a lady on here say that they used canned tuna??? I really don’t know how that’s possible when the sushi chef makes the sushi in front of you and there’s not a single can in site. Also, the raw tuna is pink and somewhat clear, while canned tuna fully cooked and white? So I don’t think she knows what she’s talking about. Sushi chef makes his own special sauce, forgot what it’s called, but ask to see if he has any if you’re in the mood for something. It’s similar to Korean paper paste, but with added touches to enhance the flavor. Overall, great experience. It’s a small restaurant, so you don’t have to worry about a super loud environment or waiting too long to be served. Servers are also friendly. It’s clean. I’ve never tried it, but they do online orders too. I provided a picture of the sashimi bowl I got.

I saw that the name changed and called and was assured that the ownership changed and everything was revamped. I asked because I didnt like fujis food. Well he was not wrong. Haley's has some amazing chef working there now because that food was incredible. Delivery person was nice and timely. The rest of my family agreed on the food as well. Thumbs up kind of place to do business with.

In 2 weeks have been here 5 times. Best sushi, and grill items. Rice is cooked correctly and fish is very fresh! Chef cares about quality. Be patient and enjoy... see you there next week!

My sushi was good. I ordered a side order of fried rice; not only was the rice mushy but it had corn in it. Perhaps in place of peas???

I have had their fried rice before and the corn is not only new but it is was just odd.
