Buffalo Wild Wings

I’m new to the Jacksonville area. And this is my first venture out. Being of health issues my eating abilities are limited. And I can tell you that the manager Mike, my waitress Kelly and staff have been very accommodating in making my experience comfortable. Food is awesomely tasty and my view of the nascar tv race is of quality. I thank you all and highly recommend visiting this location at river city Marketplace.

One of the best locations I’ve been to. Wings are always good and the burgers and the wraps and the beer. They have some of the best servers and are very fair for event planning. 5 stars!

Food was great. Wife and I had wings only issue was dry rub was a little heavy on one side but taste was great. Daughter had buffalo chicken sandwich, she thought it was great. Now let's talk about service,
1) Many tables empty when we walked in but people were waiting to be seated. The lady seating us had to clean off tables before we could be seated. There were around 20 tables that had not been cleared. We were finally seated after a 20 minute wait. Noticed several employees standing around while we were waiting. We showed up at 8:30 and several people showed up behind us but it appeared they were ready to close the restaurant portion.
2) The waitress waiting on the two tables down from where we were seated obviously did not want to be there she kept slamming down plates and rolling her eyes at any request that was made. As I stated this was two tables down from us but was obvious at our table as well as several tables around noticed it. Even the other servers noticed.
3) Our server was completely professional and we were pleased with our service. This is why three stars was given and not two.

I don't know if it was a bad time/night but not an enjoyable dining experience. We had been to this same restaurant in the past and been satisfied.

Our server was great. The food was fresh and hot. It was a great experience. I haven't been to BWW in a long time. We will go again.
