(August 5, 2023, 7:31 pm)We haven't been to a Texas roadhouse in a while so we decided to pop in on our trip to Disney. Service was slow with few visits to the table. The steak was dry and overcooked and the potato tasted like it came from Wendy's. Texas roadhouse usually has A+ potatoes so I'm not sure how this left expo, as it wasn't warm enough to melt butter. We had to figure out for ourselves how to pay, as the waitress never returned to the table after the food was delivered. We didn't have a manager visit. Drinks were slow to be refilled. Bread came to the table 10-15 minutes after being seated, kids were seated without kids menus/crayons. Host stand was friendly and we didn't have to wait too long to be seated. We left wondering if Texas Roadhouse had changed or if we had.

(April 2, 2023, 1:23 pm)Popular spot. Took 10 min to get a server to our table. Drink and rolls came after a long wait, appetizer came with dinner, my steak was not medium. The others were cooked perfectly. They always taste a 5 though! Love their steaks. The shrimp were undercooked and bland. I’d give 1-2 stars but the steak was too good.
