Good staff and friendly and clean restaurant with a good vibe to the place

It's Dunkin donuts for god sake! Great coffee and hot chocolate not to mention those wonders they create called donuts. No disrespect to Krispy creme but dunkin is the bomb!

This location is rarely busy. No lines. no wait. They encourage you to come inside in the afternoons and evenings. They are bored, friendly and want an order to prepare. The only time you might need the order ahead in app is during rush hour in the mornings. Conveinent location. You do not have to cross traffic to get to it.Use the light at timaquana, you can drive thru the parking lot to DD or simply use the lane behind strip mall.

The best coffee AND the best donuts under one roof. Who could ask for anything more?
The two ladies on shift were very polite and professional. It was about an hour before closing time when we arrived. Even though business was slow they treated us as if we were the first customers of the day. It seemed like they were genuinely happy to have us come in even though it was late and they would have cleanup to do for closing.
This store was super clean and the service was exceptional!

I've used this place 5 days a week for the past 2 years. At first I loved coming here, always pleasant and very quick. Here lately a simple order is a chore. I get the same thing everyday, yet for some odd reason their unable to remember what I ordered and when I make it to the window they give me the wrong thing. I have started moving away from doing business here and looking elsewhere. Customer service needs work.
