Chick-fil-A Lakewood

Drive thru area is kind of a pain. They have 2 lines going & only 1 car can get out. They also have the front exit blocked for whatever reason & employees blocking people from moving. Food was great & I realize they are new = need time to get it together...

This location is already exceeding expectations in a short amount of time! I made a mistake by taking the side entrance after leaving the gym parking lot across the street and my mobile order was not a drive-thru pick up order. Although I made the mistake the team was still able to assist me and recovering so that I can get my order timely and not be detained by the drive-thru line which I incorrectly entered. Awesome job in service, quality and attentiveness!

I was driving by and saw that the new Lakewood CFA had opened. I’ve never been here before but my experience here was absolutely amazing. The young lady taking my order was so sweet and had a beautiful smile on her face. She offered me a menu and suggested nothing but the best for me and my grand babies to eat. The time I spent in the drive thru was so short I couldn’t believe it. Keep up the good work!
