Gosh I use to love this place but they’re missing the mark lately. The cake today (vanilla with Citrus frosting) was the driest cake I’ve ever had. It was literally inedible . Also thought they use to toast their breakfast sandwich bread? And it was served with a flat fried egg when I remember it being a super fluffy egg before. Drastic change in quality with price increases. Also sucks they took away the side salad with it.

The last two times (how twice in a row?!) they forgot my husbands sausage on his sandwich and brought out two whole links that he had to cut himself to put on sandwich. It’s just too expensive to have all these mistakes.

*edit. I appreciate the response and the refund. There’s a reason I keep coming back but I hope the quality and the recipes go back to before!

The first experience was excellent! Superb customer service! My two loaves of Country White Sourdough bread were sliced upon ordering. 4-Slices of Banana Bread, because they don't have the whole loaf of Banana Bread offered on the menu. I highly recommend you give this business a try. I'll be back often.

Stopped by for coffee with a colleague when we were in Murray Hill. Service was phenomenal even for the fact that we came in 5 minutes before closing time. Total professionals. I will be back.

This is a really unique and cute place. The building has indoor and outdoor seating, very nice! The food we ate was delicious and the bread was so good! I only have one issue, the prices are really high for the portion size. We spent 35 dollars for lunch for a medium salad ( no protein in it $17) and small little sandwich and one drink. I understand that prices are passed down to the consumer but we left still hungry. As much as we really enjoyed the 2 menu items we tried, we won’t be back.

Absolutely amazing place!! Everything is fresh and baked local. The ingredients are clean and sooo tasty. All the items we got were so good…the cream cheese and apple butter (fresh made) was a flavor explosion!
Also the customer service was top notch and incredibly friendly and made our first time feel welcoming and warm!
Will be going back for the high quality food and customer service!!
    (Also the tea is fantastic)
