First and foremost, this is a vegan bakery, but dont let that scare yo. I had the maple bacon donut, and even with low expectations, it was so freaking good. The bacon was coconut flakes with some seasoning on it. the chickpea Biscuit sandwich was bomb, and coffee was good. They are understaffed, so service reflects that. Overall, come pick up the goods but don't sit and hang out

Delicious! We bought a few things to try. I loved the raspberry loaf and the French toast donut. The cinnamon roll was super yummy as well as the iced muffins we tried! Definitely will be coming back here when we're in town!

A super fun experience!!! Didn’t order the sweet loaded drinks but definitely tried the food!! I 10/10 recommend the tacos and loaded fries, and ice cream.
And of course this is the place you want to come and celebrate your bday!! The dancing served with the firework candle is such an exciting and special experience for the crowd!!

The only downside it’s loud and echoing because everyone is there to celebrate their birthdays. Haha

Sweet Theory makes me want to live in Jacksonville. There are NO bakeries where I live that are food allergy friendly. Because of sweet theory, I was able to have a professional-looking and incredible-tasting custom wedding cake that I could actually eat! In addition, I have never before been able to reach into a box of mixed treats/baked goods and eat whatever I wanted. Thank you for existing, Sweet Theory!! Please consider opening a sister store in Salt Lake City ;)
