Funnel Cake Queen

I was craving funnel cakes and used Google to find somewhere in Jacksonville since I'm not native to this area. Oh my goodness, the funnel cakes here are so good! They aren't greasy. They are light and fluffy. They won't make you feel like you have bricks in your stomach. I wish I would've taken a picture, but the presentation was very beautiful. The drizzling and powder was balanced properly which makes a big difference while eating.

I went near closing time so virtually no wait. The counter girl was friendly and sweet. The area was nice and clean. They had a display showing the difference between available. The prices are fair as well. I also got fried oreos. Im not sure what recipe they use, but the batter is GOOD. I made the mistake of not poking holes inside of the container, so by the time I got home, it wasn't crispy. It was still DELICIOUS! My leftovers the next day were yummy as well. The batter forms a semi-thick fluffy cocoon around the oreo. It's the perfect density which can be horrible if the batter is nasty, but in this case, it's heaven. I can only imagine how good it would've tasted with the crispy shell if I would've remembered to poke holes lol.

10/10 would recommend. Im definitely coming back repeatedly.

I use to hate funnel cakes, the only time I would have one was when the fair came. They were always super greasy with cheap toppings. But I decided to give Funnel Cake Queen a try since it always looked so good on Facebook! Every since then I’ve been hooked and I can say I love funnel cakes now. My only complaint is I wish the mall location was open more often!

Hands down the best funnel cakes ever! Highly recommended. Superb customer service. A must try! They also have deep fried oreos and deep fried twinkies.

I'm having the pleasure of doing the first review of this new business. I purchased the fried Oreo's because my daughter wanted them, I was not interested at all. However, after seeing them and trying them I have to say that they are truly the most delicious thing I've had in a very long time. Congratulations on your opening and I will definitely be back to try more.
