Chef John, Chef Honda Akira, Chef Ridho provided my First omakase experience and it was the The most life changing experience. The amount of hard work and passion they have provide an once in a life time experience!!! Will definitely come back again just to see them. They were not just the chef that provided us food but we connected as friends. The scallop, uni, and A5 wagyu was on a different level and is competing to definitely come back to!

Let me just say that the drinks here are AMAZING! Jorge is the best bartender! The Coconut Mojito is hands down the BEST drink! Let’s talk about the food! OMG the Plum Tomato Kushiyaki is so dang good!!! The Yasai (veggie) and ebi (shrimp) handrolls are AWESOME!!! I can’t say enough good things about not only the food and beverages but the staff is welcoming and so friendly!!!

Wow, what an experience! The flavors, quality, variety of the sea all in one place. There is nothing like this in Jax, so glad this was brought to the food scene here! The crafted cocktails pair perfectly with the melt in your mouth deliciousness. It’s not just the food, it’s the vibe... it’s intimate with a lounge feel that makes me feel like I’m dining in New York. But there is a down side, once you have a taste of this... it’s hard to go back to regular sushi! This place is a must try for sure!
