I decided to try Pie95 as it came highly recommended from all of my foodie friends and I met the owner at a private dinner and he was so passionate about his food that I had to try it. I ordered the Bacon Buffalo Ranch Pie and it was so good! I loved the lightness of the dough and the flavors came together just right. Also, How cool is it that he cooks everything right in front of you in a Wood Fire Oven!
