Great food! Best empanadas in Jacksonville! Beef, Buffalo Chicken, and Shrimp are our favorites. Strawberries and cream, or Nutella and berries are wonderful endings to your meal. Owner is gracious in sharing ingredients and making suggestions. Mandarin is lucky that she chose our area to set up her business.

Oh my goodness, one of the best empanada’s I’ve had in a while. So good. We got a bunch from her today. All were good!! Worth going to get it even when it’s this hot out. She even brougut it to our car, but I met her half way. Talk about great service. Freshly cooked! Easily going back!

Delicious homemade empanadas! I love to stop by and grab some for lunch if I am out and running errands. Everything I have tried here has been amazing! My favorites are the sausage and plantain, guava and cheese, dulce de leche, and regular cheese. My mom also liked the street corn empanada! All of our favorites are from the specials list, which changes daily/weekly. Everything is always hot and freshly made!
The couple that runs the truck is so friendly and kind, and their prices are great! You can pay around $7 for two empanadas.
The location of this stand is perfect because the anchor store in the complex is empty, but it will be nicer to sit outside and enjoy when it’s not quite so hot.
I’ll definitely keep coming back for more!

Absolutely amazing empanadas! We tried three different flavors and they were all fantastic. We tried the guava & cheese, chicken, and the pulled pork flavors. The price was reasonable for the flavor and size of the empanadas. We can’t wait to try more!
